If a dream team of strings could be created from the magnificent Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, this is it - concertmaster Jonathan Carney, principal cellist Dariusz Skoraczewski and pianist Ryo Yanagitani will dazzle you with their performance of Brahms' Rhapsody in B minor, Op. 79 #, Schumann's Fantasiestucke for cello and piano, Brahms' Sonatensatz for violin and piano and Brahms' Trio in B major.

This event is made possible by the Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation DC Special Presenters Initiative program with support of the National Endowment for the Arts Regional Touring Program and DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities.

We also support early childhood education through our Arts Integration program, Inner City – Inner Child. Inner City – Inner Child targets low-income children ages 0-5, underserved families, early childhood educators and Child Development Centers in Washington, DC’s most economically disadvantaged neighborhoods. By introducing teachers and children to the power of the performing arts and literature, ICIC helps improve the quality of early childhood education in the Nation’s Capital.
