The elegant Vogler Quartet, formed in East Berlin and internationally recognized as one of the finest string quartets of this generation, returns to our stage with world class cellist Daniel Mueller-Schott for a performance of one of the shining stars of chamber music – the Schubert C Major Quintet, Arensky's Quartet for 2 celli, violin and viola and Haydn's glorious quartet in E-Flat Major, Op 64 No.6 – a magnificent conclusion to our 30th season.
